BioCare invites retailers to attend a free educational seminar on microbiome and its importance for general health. The seminar covers why probiotics are our ‘most important health support’ and is intended to give retailers the knowledge they need in order to advise customers on digestive health and its greater impact on wellness. The event invites attendees to ‘arm yourselves with the facts’ and ‘weaponize your microbiome’.
Hosted from 6.30pm-9pm on 9 November, the event will be led by Chris Newbold, head of clinical nutrition at BioCare. Newbold plans to explore issues around the microbiome, why it is the new ‘buzzword’ in health, and how the right probiotics can positively manipulate it to support overall health. The seminar will expose common truths and myths associated with probiotics. It will educate retailers on which probiotics they should be advising customers to take, as well as the guidelines and storage instructions they come with.
