Pollen + Grace showcases summer collection

Pollen + Grace has launched its latest collection of healthy food-to-go offers for the summer.

Designed to take consumers from breakfast to lunch to superfood snack time, the new products include Mango + Turmeric Chia Pot and Fuel Pot, designed to sustain energy levels through the day.

The brand has also revamped its breakfast Power Pot, which is now 100% vegan and features baked spinach and auinoa falafels.

And for snack lovers, the Mojo Bar is a sweet caramel fudge crunch bar, which comprises maca, lucuma and ashwanganda.

In addition, two new lunchboxes have been created: the Balance Box which includes crispy millet falafels with a tangy Thai basil dressing; and the Probiotic Box which has been revamped to offer both a vegan and chicken variety.

All Pollen + Grace products use only 100% natural ingredients and are made freshly every day in the brand’s Vauxhall kitchen. They are free from gluten, wheat, dairy and refined sugars.

Pollen + Grace co-founder Stephanie Johnson explains the focus for the summer collection: “No one should compromise on taste and flavour when eating on the go. We make innovative food, using the highest quality natural ingredients.  All our food is free from gluten, wheat, dairy and refined sugar, because natural, nutrient-dense options are best.  We weren’t created in factories so our food shouldn’t be either.”
