M&N Health & Beauty is family owned established UK market-leading distribution, brand management company of quality Natural Health & Beauty products, servicing the natural health & pharmacy retail channels.

You will have experience working at a retail, regional sales / account management level and preferably within the same or similarly aligned industry.

Being confident, personable, and self-motivated, you are effective in managing your own territory. Your time will be split 70/30, Account Management/New Business.

Possess great communication skills, drive, and gravitas to influence and guide retailers to long term mutual success.

Key requirements of Regional Field Sales Executive/Account Manager:
• Promote our exclusive partner brands in a professional manner
• Manage and grow sales with existing retail customer base
• Develop new business opportunities within the industry
• Orchestrate efficient sales cycle journey plans, including new account prospecting
• Deliver professional brand sales presentations to prospect customers
• Maintain customer records and sales information on CRM system
• Process and analyses sales data to provide consistent sales channel growth
• Perform in meeting and exceeding company KPI’s
• Responsive follow-up to all sales enquiries by phone, email or personal visits.
• Attend regular sales meetings to develop product knowledge and skills.
• Seek new business opportunities outside of normal industry markets.

Key Essentials
• Proven passion for Natural Health & Beauty Products
• Experience of customer-facing sales is essential
• Full clean driving license
• Self-motivated and driven by targets
• Ability to forge good relationships in store and on telephone
• Evidence of performance sales success
• Effective team player with an appetite for a challenge
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Benefits of Regional Field Sales Executive:
• Salary: Minimum £30 – £35+k Basic, plus commission (Dependent on experience)
• Company Car / Allowance
• Home based from territory
• Company pension scheme
• Uncapped Commission

We provide full training on products and systems. It is expected you already possess excellent presentation, sales, listening and consulting skills. As well as being outgoing and friendly, who is exceptional at building rapport.
