Green People has responded to the increased demand for hand wash during the coronavirus crisis by launching a new scent-free hand care duo designed to offer daily protection for the whole family.

To bring what it describes as ‘essential hand care’ to the market quickly and ensure availability, the brand has taken the decision to forgo its usual certified organic standards and high levels of active ingredients to produce a limited edition Everyday Hand Wash and Everyday Hand Cream.

The vegan products are formulated to be gentle on skin of all ages, as well as kind to sensitive and allergy-prone skin.

Everyday Hand Wash is a gentle yet effective hand wash enriched with organic aloe vera to nourish and moisturize. Designed for frequent use, it is pH balanced to cleanse without irritation and leaves hands germ-free without stripping them of their natural moisture.

Everyday Hand Cream is a hard-working hand cream that instantly hydrates. Rich in glycerine, the cream locks in nourishment to soften and protect against moisture loss and dryness. Rapeseed oil is included to deliver the benefits of omega-3 and 6 fatty acids.

The new hand products are vegan and produced using all-natural ingredients. They are packaged in cost-effective 300ml pump-action bottles.

Green People has set aside 5,700 samples of the  Everyday Hand Creams for a local hospital ‘Thank You NHS’ kit.

The brand has also joined the Blue Light Card discount programme and is offering card holders a 25% discount. In addition it will  be donating £1 from the sale of selected products to NHS Charities Together and is supporting several local hospital foundations with product for their teams and patients. Green People will be supplying the London Ambulance Service with a selection of 30ml products for use in their depot.
