FreshX launches to challenge wet wipes


An environmentally-friendly personal spritz, FreshX, has been launched by entrepreneur Brian Chapman (founder of Percol Coffee and  pioneer of Fairtrade) as an alternative to pre-moistened ‘flushable’ wipes.

Formulated with aloe vera and cucumber plus vitamins E and B5, FreshX is designed to transform toilet tissue, turning it into a moist, soothing and refreshing wipe with a simple spritz.

Safe for all the family, it comes in two varieties – Aloe Fresh and Aloe & White Tea – and is available in 150ml bottles, enough to do the work of up to 300 wipes when used with toilet tissue.

The product is dermatologically tested and approved for even the most sensitive skins. It is free from oil, sulphites, alcohol and parabens, and is not tested on animals.

Commenting on the launch, Chapman, says: “We are asking people to #switchtospritz to cut out needless waste. This is a gentle sensitive product for extra freshness. We’ve worked with dermatological experts to create a blend that is simple, refreshing and gives people confidence in two ways; in themselves, and that they are using a product which does not negatively impact the environment.”
