Natural and organic beauty brand Naissance has undergone an extensive redesign to attract new customers and anchor it in the do-it-yourself beauty market.
The brand, which specializes in natural and organic oil, massage oils and make-your-own beauty kits, has now got a fresh company look with new labels and packaging and a redesigned website.
Naissance is also making what it calls a substantial investment in new production technology and equipment to bring its production facility to ‘Food Standard’.
As part of the rebrand a numbering system is now on all products to help customers navigate Naissance’s extensive Made by You range. Products are grouped so customers can combine different numbers to make final products; so, for example all essential oils start with the 1 and all butters or waxes with 3.
“We strive to empower our customers to make bespoke and individual products themselves,” says Jem Skelding, founder of Naissance. “To do this, they need to have the knowledge and experience to know what can mix with what, in what quantities and what optional smells can be added for extra luxury. By adding numbers to every single product and regularly sharing recipes and guides, we can better help our customers to produce excellent quality products at reduced prices when compared to leading high street equivalents.
“To keep our loyal customers happy, we have also spent a lot of time reinventing our Made for You range, which will be launching soon. Products range from helping with dry skin to minimizing sleepless nights, all based on our experts’ advice.”
The company recently achieved Leaping Bunny accreditation.
