US brand Califia Farms has introduced a slate of new chilled almond-based drinks and ready-to-drink cold-brew coffees to the UK market.
The plant-based milks are made from nuts, seeds, fruits and roots and contain 50% more calcium than milk. They have no added sugar or artificial ingredients.
Using freshly ground blanched almonds (as opposed to roast), the offer comprises: Go Coconuts Coconut Milk; Toasted Oats N’ Almond Milk; Unsweetened Almond Milk; and Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk.
The cold-brew coffee offer uses 100% Arabica coffee beans sourced from Colombia and Central America.
The varieties are: Cold Brew Cocoa Noir – a blend of cold brew, double dark chocolate and almond milk; Black & White Cold Brew Coffee – an unsweetened coffee at only 60 calories per bottle; and XX Espresso Cold Brew Coffee.
The the products are all soya-, dairy- and gluten-free, Non-GMO and vegan.
