Whole Foods Market goes incognito to alleviate poverty

Natural eco anti-mosquito brand incognito is teaming up with Whole Foods Market for a series of in-store demos and advice sessions to support the stores’ Whole Planet Foundation.

Whole Foods Market, which has nine stores in the UK, is also taking on three more of incognito’s product lines – Zap-Ease for bite relief, Insect Repellent Roll-On and Natural Crystal Deodorant – and for six weeks incognito has pledged to donate all its profits from these products (and more) to the foundation.

The foundation’s mission is poverty alleviation through microcredit in communities around the world that supply products to Whole Foods Market stores. The foundation is currently funding micro-lending programmes in 57 countries, supporting more than 1.7 million people with a chance for a better life.

From now until the end of March Howard Carter, incognito’s founder and a bite protection expert, will be at various Whole Foods Market stores with his ‘team incognito’ to provide regular weekly in-store demonstrations of the company’s products and valuable advice on avoiding bites.
