Kutivz Kollection launches UK’s first affordable clean beauty range specifically formulated for women of colour

Kutivz Kollection is launching the first affordable, clean Black beauty brand into the UK. Uniquely developed specifically with darker skin tones in mind, the scientifically-formulated skincare products have been created to gently but effectively combat the common skin issues that Black women are statistically more prone to, including eczema, acne, and hyperpigmentation.

Uniquely, Kutivz Kollection is certified vegan, isn’t tested on animals, and doesn’t contain parabens – a type of hormone-disrupting synthetic preservative which is commonly used in beauty products. Parabens are included in more than 75% of skincare products available to buy in the UK, but the rise of the seven billion dollar clean beauty market has led to a greater call for chemical-free skin solutions from consumers.

Included in the product range is a full-coverage foundation, highlight, blush and contour palette, eyeshadow palette, liquid matte lipstick, brightening concealer, lifting mascara, level up lipstick, setting powder, lip gloss, eyeliner and application brushes. Prices range from £10 to £17.50.

Kutivz Kollection founder Zoe Ukemenan says: “At Kutivz Kollection, clean beauty is our goal. As someone who expertly knows Black skin shades, types, and behaviors, I created a range of category-defining products for a huge demographic of women who have not been able to find the clean beauty solutions they need.

“Inspired by my mother and my Nigerian heritage, this line is designed for everyone: from the everyday woman and the powerhouse boss to the stay-at-home mum or new-to-makeup novice. Our mission is to help make beauty accessible, fun, and an expression of every woman’s unique individuality. We want women to feel confident, empowered, and the best versions of themselves.”
