Natural & Organic Products Expo, which took place at Excel London on 12-13 May, proved to be a powerful platform for the growing natural and organic retail industry. The show, which has pioneered natural and organic brands for 29 years, welcomed 4,523 attendees across the two days.

Connecting  hundreds of brands with high-profile retailers, the show welcomed senior representatives from Tesco, Holland & Barrett, Superdrug, Boots, Whole Foods Market UK, Selfridges, Planet Organic, and many more. Plus, 364 international buyers from 65 countries.

Event Director Georgina Baker commented: “Continuing another year of rigorous visitor approvals and denials, we were pleased to welcome a high calibre of buyers to the show, giving our exhibitors valuable exposure to a diverse range of retailers. From the show floor to the theatres, the atmosphere was buzzing from start to finish. We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our visitors, exhibitors, speakers, and partners – your continued support is what makes this vibrant sector thrive.”

Contributing to its success, many exhibitors – from innovative start-ups to well-established brands – reported generating high-quality leads and forging valuable business connections across the two days, including Amie Martin, founder of Granola Fan Club – who exhibited for the first time in the show’s Launchpad Zone.

She commented: “I’m new to understanding how the food industry works, and it’s been a quantum learning process here. I’ve had so many complements on my brand! It’s important to show up at trade shows because no matter how much time you spend at home researching or learning about launching a food business, nothing compares to what I’ve learned by being here.

Being in the Launchpad Zone positions me as an innovator. People are coming to me because I’m new, I’m exciting, and I’m offering something they haven’t seen before. I can’t think of another place where I could have gained this kind of exposure. In fact, Plant Organic have said they would like to stock me, which is super exciting!”

Insights from Industry Leaders

The show’s seminar programme was packed full of insights from industry leaders, offering practical strategies, trend forecasts, and expert advice on everything from sustainable sourcing to the future of retail.  Attendees walked away inspired and equipped with the tools to drive growth in their businesses from expert speakers, including Whole Foods Market UK, Tik Tok Shop UK, Planet Organic, Better Foods, Soil Association, British Beauty Council, Sustainable Beauty Coalition, Health Stores UK, and many more.

“NOPEX is one of the leading shows for us, especially in the UK. It’s a great opportunity to be able to connect with our brands and suppliers and meet new ones. The connection with others is probably one of the most powerful opportunities that we have. Being able to have conversations, say hello, give someone a hug, it really makes a difference meeting people face to face,” comments speaker and regular visitor, Jade Hoai, Executive Leader of Purchasing for Whole Foods Market.

New dates & new venue for 2026

Due to changing buying patterns and years of consultation and research, the Natural Health Expo & Natural Beauty Expo (which makes up NOPEX) will move to the iconic Business Design Centre on 22 – 23 June 2026. Whilst the Natural Food Expo will co-locate alongside the leading food trade shows, lunch! and The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show, in September 2026.

Georgina Baker, Event Director explains: “the natural health and beauty sectors have always been a cornerstone of our event. With the food sector now expanding its reach within the wider food trade, this shift allows us to create a dedicated space where wellness, beauty, and holistic health brands can truly shine.

By co-locating The Natural & Organic Food Show with the food sector’s leading trade shows, we’re providing exhibitors with access to a wider audience of serious buyers while maintaining the sense of community and shared values that have always defined our event.

She continues: “By refining our focus, we’re ensuring that exhibitors connect with the most relevant buyers, retailers, and industry professionals. NOPEX will be the same show that you love, just in a new and exciting format!”
