This Skyr is made from organic skimmed sheep’s milk that is locally sourced. It has a high protein content (9g/100g), is naturally source of calcium, low in fat and with no added sugars. It has a thick and dense texture, and a delicious natural taste. It can be used on its own, with cereals or fruits, as a snack or even as a cooking ingredient. Packaged in an ideal 250g format.
