Winners of the 2023 Beauty Shortlist Awards announced 

The winners and finalists of this year’s Beauty Shortlist Awards have been announced, with stars on the day including Fable & Mane which won Brand to Watch 2023 and Plantopia which scooped Best New Launch.

Elle Macpherson’s WelleCo bagged Best Beauty Supplement – Innovation with The Skin Elixir, with other Best New Launch category winners including products by Dr Hauschka, By Sarah London, Dr Lipp, facialist Jane Scrivner, Nini Organics, Motter and Floragy.

Dr Jackson’s was named Best Natural/Organic Brand 2023 (UK), Swiss natural brand Verdilab Cosmetics scooped Best Skincare Brand (International), and the Best Give-Back Brand (Environment) Award went to Osmia Organics (One Tree Planted).

This year’s eco beauty winners emphasized sustainable/compostable/refillable packaging and SBTRCT (Best Zero Waste Beauty Brand and Best Plastic-Free Brand), Proverb Skincare, Planet Paleo, Wanderlightly and Terra Tonics all made the list.

Awards founder Fiona Klonarides said: “It’s encouraging to see some brands switching to refillable and home compostable pouches (more brands should follow suit), and 2023 has turned out to be the best year ever for hair heroes at the Awards.

“While we passionately champion artisan, indie brands alongside the natural and organic household names, I feel it’s important to shine the spotlight brightly on the age-targeted beauty winners for all ages up to 60-plus and collectively celebrate the unique beauty, wisdom and life experience of older women.”

Rosanno Ferretti, Philip Kingsley, Paul Mitchell, Fable & Mane and My Hair Doctor all fared well in the hair categories alongside two stand-out inclusive beauty hair heroes, Trepadora and Flora & Curl.

While Paul Mitchell, Triumph & Disaster, Inlight Men, Hawkins & Brimble, Proverb, Daimon Barber and Credence Shampoo for Men (Best New Brand Launch) were among those that made the 2023 Grooming Awards winners list.
