Ecotone has launched ethical and sustainable chocolate brand Alter Eco’s organic, Fairtrade-certified tablet bars into the UK. The six-strong range of 100g bars features: Dark Chocolate 85% Peru; Almond Dark Chocolate; Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate; Plain Chocolate; Dark Chocolate 70% Ecuador; Orange Dark Chocolate. Each recipe blends quality ingredients sourced from small and local farming families who own their land. Each producer advocates crop rotation and compost, with a ban on GMOs and chemical fertilizers.
