BetterYou has introduced three new products to its range – Iron 10, Folic Acid and B-complete – taking its total number of nutritional oral spray supplements to 17.

Iron 10 Oral Spray offers double the strength of the brand’s current 5mg iron product but is still gentle on the digestive system, says the brand. Delivering 10mg of highly bioavailable iron directly into the bloodstream, providing fast, effective iron absorption, the sugar-free formulation utilizes two naturally derived sources of iron – ferric EDTA and ferric ammonium citrate – to improve bioavailability.

The spray is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, diabetics and coeliacs, as well as for use during pregnancy.

Folic acid is an essential vitamin, especially during pregnancy, and BetterYou’s Folic Acid Oral Spray contains a vegan-friendly, biologically active form of folate (methylfolate) which it says provides a superior alternative to folic acid in a convenient daily oral spray. Methylfolate is useful for people with folate metabolism disorders and, unlike the synthetic form, also ensures there is no unmetabolized folic acid circulating in the body.

The natural blueberry flavoured spray is safe for use during breastfeeding and is also suitable for vegans, vegetarians, diabetics and coeliacs.

B-complete Oral Spray provides a blend of all eight B vitamins – thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folic acid (B9) and vitamin B12 – that work together to support the body’s natural energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. The B-complete Oral Spray delivers nutrients directly to the bloodstream, contributing to the normal function of the immune system and normal mental performance.

Safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the natural peach, plum and raspberry flavoured spray is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, diabetics and coeliacs.
