To coincide with World Menopause Month, Health & Her has launched what it says is a first-of-its-kind supplement range and new menopause app to offer a holistic approach for women to manage the most common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.

The brand has introduced Perimenopause Food Supplement and Menopause Food Supplement alongside a digital training programme to support women and help with long-lasting symptom relief.

Containing clinically proven ingredients, the Perimenopause Supplement has been developed with nutritional therapist, Shona Wilkinson, and contains a carefully blended formulation of herbs, vitamins and minerals to support with the nine most common symptoms of Perimenopause.
