Biona expands range

To launch into the spring season, Biona has introduced a number of new lines.

Biona Organic Coconut Blossom Vinegar is made from raw organic coconut sap and is naturally fermented for eight months to retain its nutrient-rich properties. Raw and unfiltered with the natural ‘mother’ enzymes, this vinegar is perfect in salad dressings, sauces and marinades.

Another new condiment is Biona Organic Mustard Medium Hot – Classic German, designed to add a twist to your meals and liven up your favourite dishes. The Classic German recipe is made with simple real ingredients for a smooth and warming mustard in an easy to use squeeze bottle.

Two new additions to the Biona Organic chilled range are Quinoa Mini Burgers and Falafel Balls with Spinach. Quinoa Mini Burgers combine organic quinoa, fresh vegetables and sunflowers seeds for a mild and nutty flavour. Aromatic and delicately spiced Middle Eastern style Spinach Falafel Balls have a smooth and creamy houmous filling.

Taifun Organic Black Forest Tofu Slice is beech-wood smoked smooth tofu with onion and caraway seeds to give a delicate smoky aroma and soya sauce flavour. This protein-rich tofu is made using organic GMO-free soya beans.

Biona has also introduced Organic Chilli Black Beans made with the brand’s popular organic black beans.

In addition to the new products, Biona’s Organic Honey Waffles are now available in a convenient 2 pack for easy snacking on the go.
