NAYA’s Antioxidant Defence Booster is a topical powder designed to blend in with serum for a ‘supercharged’ boost of antioxidants to brighten and repair skin.
Suitable for all skin types, the product contains a cocktail of antioxidants to protect the skin against free radicals and environmental damage, even the skin tone and give a youthful glow.
The ingredients include schisandra extract, vitamin C, niacinamide, and in what the brand says is a first in skincare, desert algae, which has been sustainably sourced from California.
The Antioxidant Defence Booster is housed in a glass bottle with a biodegradable label made from upcycled marble waste.
For the launch, NAYA has teamed up with Climate Partner in a partnership that the brand says will enable it to develop products in a climate-neutral way to offset CO2 emissions.
“As a business, we are committed to reducing our CO2 footprint,” says NAYA founder Sarah Zimmer. “As it stands, we currently have to source our ingredients thousands of miles away from our manufacturing facilities. With this in mind, we aim to lower our ecological footprint by calculating the carbon emissions from the Antioxidant Defence Booster whilst giving back to specific projects in partnership with Climate Partner.”
NAYA’s plant-based range of skincare solutions are formulated in partnership with the Green Boutique laboratory in Germany. All NAYA products are vegan, cruelty- and toxic-free.
