Free-from flapjacks fly in from Doves Farm

Doves Farm has launched a range of free-from flapjacks aimed at consumers suffering from gluten intolerance, other food allergies or who have simply opted for a free-from lifestyle.

The six varieties are free from gluten, milk, peanut, egg and soya and are all made using agave nectar as a natural sweetener. The flapjacks are all approved by Coeliac UK and the Vegetarian Society.

The variants are: Agave Nectar, a new take on a classic flapjack made with creamy wholegrain oats and agave nectar; Fig & Linseed; Banana & Hemp; Chocolate Chip, made with rich 70% cocoa chocolate chips; Apricot & Chia; and Apple & Sultana.
