Seggiano has introduced a new Organic Gluten-Free Artisan Pasta line, handmade in the traditional Italian way.
The pasta is bronze drawn to give it a rough texture, allowing sauce to cling to it more easily. It is also dried slowly at a low temperature to that it retains a more nutty flavour.
The range comes in four classic pasta forms using combinations of corn, rice, buckwheat, Quinoa, teff and legumes. The variants are: Buckwheat & Corn Fettucine; Rice & Quinoa Tagliatelle; Rice & Teff Taglione; Red Lentil Fusilli; and Green Pea Fusilli.
