North London sauce specialists Bim’s Kitchen has launched Europe’s first ever table sauce featuring African super fruit baobab.
Baobab is being used in an increasing number of natural products – as advocates claim it contains high natural levels of antioxidants and essential minerals like calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and vitamin C.
Bim’s Kitchen co-owner James ‘Bim’ Adedeji said: “In a European first, our new sauce combines baobab with other great African spices and ingredients in a delicious table sauce.
“This shows the versatility of this great fruit that I first tasted as a child in Nigeria and which is now becoming more available in the UK and elsewhere.”
