Wyke Farms has united with OMSCo in a new joint business venture which the two parties have named The British Organic Dairy Company.
Wyke Farms and The Organic Milk Suppliers Cooperative (OMSCo), have announced that they are deepening their partnership to expand organic cheese production, distribution and sales.
According to the Organic Milk Market Report, UK organic milk volumes rose 4.4% in 2016, in contrast to the conventional milk category which fell by 1.9%.
